As a key member of our team, you’ll manage highway and roadway projects from concept through detailed design. You will lead a multidiscipline design team to meet schedules and budgets and support business development strategies, including client relationship development with CTDOT and other stakeholders. Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of highway/roadway projects with high technical complexity from concept through detailed design. Lead a multidisciplinary design team to meet established schedules and budgets. Guide client strategies, track key developments, and support sales efforts in strategy, pipeline decisions, and win strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with CTDOT and related stakeholders; participate in debriefs, client satisfaction surveys, and industry organizations. Identify teaming partners and establish teaming arrangements as needed. Lead key pursuit activities in coordination with sales teams. Track and share client relationship and project delivery status with internal stakeholders; distill feedback to influence actions. Advocate for client interests while maintaining confidentiality and procurement integrity (as applicable). Collaborate with CTDOT CAM and CAP on overall client strategy and project delivery coordination with operations and pursuits with sales. Maintain pipeline accuracy with CTDOT CAM and align with CAM/CAP strategic direction to ensure client attention and business growth. Coordinate with sales to address client topics by connecting the right teams (local transportation, S&T, cross-business). Drive growth with CTDOT while prioritizing client satisfaction from relationship to delivery. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in CT Extensive experience designing highway and roadway projects Project management experience delivering infrastructure projects for CTDOT or related agencies Preferred

The base salary range for this position is $180,000.00 to $250,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and factors including job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
