Konik is partnered with a growing commercial contractor, who is adding to their team. This is more than just another Project Manager/Estimator role; it’s a chance to join a well-established, relationship-driven contractor that’s growing fast and looking for the right people to grow with it. With a strong backlog, flexible culture, and a leadership team that values initiative, you’ll be trusted to run with projects, build client relationships, and help shape the future of the company.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete and masonry commercial projects, using Procontractor, PlanSwift, and Procore software, while maintaining strong vendor and subcontractor relationships.

Manage and oversee active projects, coordinating schedules, budgets, and field operations to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

Lead client communication and relationship-building for both large and small bids, with 90% of projects located in MN and surrounding Midwest states; handle multiple jobs annually as part of a tight-knit, collaborative office team.

Independently solve problems, keep projects moving, and drive results while thriving in a work-hard/play-hard culture that values initiative and flexibility.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial concrete and/or masonry estimating and project management; residential or general construction PM backgrounds may be considered if backed by strong technical skills and the right mindset.

Strong understanding of concrete and masonry scopes, materials, techniques, and cost structures; excavating knowledge is a plus but not required.

Proficient in estimating and project management tools such as PlanSwift, Procore, and Procontractor; able to manage multiple ongoing bids and projects with minimal hand-holding.
