Route Service Manager UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to join our team! The Route Service Manager will recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who deliver to multiple customers per day – ranging from small family‑owned businesses to major corporate locations. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for their location.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee recruiting, training, and development of Route Service Representatives and Supervisors.

Build strong relationships with customers and elevate team achievement in customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with location management to provide the best customer service and product programs.

Negotiate customer contract renewals.

Qualifications

Business savvy and innovative – helps increase profit and grow customer satisfaction within the UniFirst location.

Results‑driven relationship manager willing to roll up sleeves and help the team and the customer.

Enjoys working with Route Service Representatives and Supervisors in their development.

Personal vehicle drivers must meet UniFirst’s minimum auto insurance requirements.

High School Diploma or GED – bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior customer service experience.

Strong problem‑solving and handling varied customer service situations.

Negotiation, training, coaching, and team leadership ability.

Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

21 years of age.

Valid non‑commercial driver’s license in state of residence.

Must meet pre‑employment DOT physical requirements.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
