What You Will Do to Change Lives The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The role involves delivering direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
Shifts Available:
Full Time:
Thursday - Monday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Part Time:
Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am
Pay Differentials We offer shift differentials: 5% for Weekend AM, 11% for Weekend PM, and 15% for Weekend Overnight shifts.
The starting wage range is $21 - $21.58, with geographic pay differentials based on location. Compensation is commensurate with experience beyond minimum requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D with two years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting, or a BA/BS with one year of experience in mental health.
Knowledge of basic nursing skills, mental and physical health conditions, and terminologies.
Certification as a CNA or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance.
Willingness to use the company vehicle for client transportation.

About the Facility This is a 24-hour County-owned Restorative Transformation Center (RTC) and Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC), specializing in serving individuals deemed Incompetent to Stand Trial (IST) or court-ordered to treatment. Services are provided for up to 30 beds, 24/7, for both male and female clients, with specific beds designated for IST consumers and others for clients under Laura's Law/AOT and diversion programs.
