Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Accredited by the Joint Commission, Clinica Sierra Vista serves patients at 31 health centers in Fresno and Kern counties. Our services include Pediatric Care, Adult Care, Dental Care, Behavioral Health, Case Management, Prenatal & Women’s Health, Substance Abuse Treatment, HIV/AIDS testing and treatment, Health Education, Outreach and WIC services. We partner with local governments, social services departments, businesses and nonprofit leaders to address the full range of patient needs. Responsibilities
Provide medical services for Clinica Sierra Vista patients, including patient evaluations with histories (brief and thorough) for children, adults and the elderly.
Perform physical examinations (focused or comprehensive) as needed to define patient problems.
Develop diagnoses or differential diagnoses and consult with a physician when needed.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (laboratory tests, X-rays and other measures).
Participate in diagnostic procedures such as anoscopy, pelvic exams and Pap smears, electrocardiography, chest X-ray interpretation, and phlebotomy when needed.
Evaluate patients for medication utilization or other therapeutic or preventive measures; provide counseling and referrals as indicated.
Collaborate with physicians and other providers to deliver comprehensive care; perform duties in accordance with privileges granted.
Participate in clinical activities across clinic sites on a scheduled basis, aligning with physician workflows.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with patients and team members; engage in continuing education and clinical consultations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
