A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school located south of Redding, CA, for the full school year on a contract basis. This role offers an opportunity to provide essential speech and language services to young students within a supportive educational environment.

Key Qualifications

Certification as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or as a School-based SLP Experience working with elementary school-aged children Ability to manage a full caseload in a school setting Collaborative approach, comfortable working with CFs or strong Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) Willingness to provide in-person services (no virtual therapy)

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Deliver therapy sessions aligned with district and state guidelines Document progress and communicate with educators and families Work collaboratively with other school professionals to support student success
