Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual (30%). Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems (30%). Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes; revises plan of care with the multidisciplinary team as needed (20%). Leadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%). Operations - Performs operational aspects of nursing care (10%). Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Nursing (BSN required at 5 years of employment). Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio. BLS - Basic Life Support certification. Work Shift
