Job Overview Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Charge Nurse (RN) who would provide personal care to improve and/or maintain the physical and emotional well‑being of senior residents living in our beautiful and active Assisted Living community (Aurora on France) in Edina, MN.
Nursing schedule includes:
40 hours per two weeks
Night shift
Every other weekend
Responsibilities
Monitors personal care provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modifies as needed
Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
Qualifications
Required:
Current MN RN license or by start date
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS)
Preferred:
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
