Your Role: As a hands-on Lab Technician, you’ll support a growing metal plating operation by performing daily titrations, preparing chemical baths, and learning to operate advanced lab instruments. You’ll work closely with senior technicians and the production team in an open-floor lab environment. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical lab experience in a fast-paced, high-impact setting! What You’ll Do: Perform daily titrations on plating baths to monitor and maintain correct chemical concentrations Assist with preparation and creation of new chemical baths Support testing and data collection using ICP, AA, and XRF equipment Follow Technical Data Sheets (TDSs) and lab protocols to ensure accurate dosing Clean acids and manage chemical materials according to safety standards Interact daily with production staff and platers to support process quality Maintain required PPE and follow safety guidelines Contribute to a small lab team and support ongoing scale-up of production What You’ll Bring: Recent graduate in chemistry, biology, or a related scientific field Hands-on lab coursework or internship experience, including titrations and basic chemical testing Interest in learning to operate ICP, AA, and XRF lab instruments Strong math skills and understanding of basic lab calculations (dilutions, concentrations, etc.) Willingness to work in a fast-paced, open-lab environment Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or with a small team Seniority level
