Provide high-quality medical care to small animal patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery. Perform routine wellness exams, preventive care, and vaccinations. Conduct diagnostics and interpret results from laboratory tests, radiographs, and other diagnostic tools. Develop treatment plans for emergency and ongoing care cases. Communicate effectively with pet owners about treatment options, procedures, and aftercare. Collaborate with support staff to ensure exceptional patient care. Contribute to practice improvement by sharing ideas and supporting a positive work environment. Stay current with veterinary developments through continuing education. Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent. Valid veterinary license in Texas (or ability to obtain one). Experience in small animal medicine preferred; new graduates encouraged.
