NYP Physician Assistants provide the highest quality of care to our patients and their families. As dedicated clinical professionals with expanding responsibility, you’ll hear PAs refer to New York-Presbyterian as a “PA-run institution.” The transplant program at NewYork-Presbyterian, Columbia, and Weill Cornell Medicine is among the longest established and most experienced programs in the country. Our physicians can care for some of the most complex transplants, including multi-organ transplants. Patients come to us from across the country and around the world for better outcomes and innovative procedures that allow for quicker access to transplants and quicker recovery. Our achievements in transplantation are a major example of our leadership focus and our ability to implement innovative new techniques, with impressive survival rates well above the national average. NewYork-Presbyterian has performed more than 20,000 transplants since the program’s inception and has been the leading transplant hospital in the nation for the past three years based on annual transplant volume. The hospital has also performed the most living donor transplants in the United States. Join our dedicated team as a Physician Assistant on the inpatient transplant service, where you will gain experience working with liver, lung, and kidney transplant recipients. Our Physician Assistants practice as a cohesive team to ensure our patients and families receive the best care possible. Responsibilities

Take front line responsibility for the management of these patients. This role does not include operating room responsibilities. Join our patient-centered PA team and see where amazing works. Shift

Three 12.5 hour night shifts are required. Rotating weekends and holidays. Required Criteria

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies NYS licensure NCCPA certification Preferred Criteria
