MRI Technologist - Full-Time - Days — OFFERING COMPETITIVE SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $10,000. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm with alternating weekends and assigned holidays. Technologists work closely with one another to handle a high volume of patient cases, some of which are among the rarest and most complex in the world. Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses. Responsibilities
Contribute to diagnostic imaging operations as an MRI Technologist in a high-volume environment. Collaborate with radiology team to ensure patient safety and quality imaging. Utilize state-of-the-art technology to support a hospital committed to Putting Patients First. Required Criteria
New York State Licensed X-Ray Technologist by the Department of Health Registered X-Ray Technologist by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) ARRT/MRI certification New York State license to inject contrast 2 years of MRI experience OR successful completion of Hospital-sponsored training program Preferred Criteria
Prior experience with Radiology Information Systems, PACS, data processing and digital data transfer process Prior experience with Neuro patients Salary
