Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours/week). While onboarding may be 5 days per week, a 4-day work week totaling 37.5 hours may be available. Status:

Exempt Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for leading a program segment and supervising staff in the delivery of outpatient mental health services. This role ensures compliance with all clinical and program standards, evaluates staff performance, provides training and guidance, resolves conflicts, and promotes a trauma-informed, strength-based approach to care. The Clinical Supervisor also collaborates with community partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of care. Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience: Master's degree in a MHACBO qualifying field. Minimum of 3 years of professional behavioral health counseling experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision to other clinical professionals. Licensure/Certification Requirements Must be certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or register as QMHP-R within 14 days of hire, OR have equivalent certification that meets OAR 309-019-0125 (PCA, CSWA, or MFTA). Level II: Must hold professional licensure in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner). Level III: Must meet Level II requirements plus be approved to provide clinical supervision to staff seeking professional licensure. Must obtain and maintain certification as a Mental Health Investigator and Examiner. Certification as Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC I) strongly preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Must have a valid Oregon or Washington Driver's License, maintain an acceptable driving record, and be insurable. Must pass required criminal history checks and pre-employment screenings. Key Responsibilities Ensure trauma-informed, professional service delivery aligned with program mission and vision. Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient resource utilization. Supervise assigned staff, monitor caseloads, provide consultation, training, and performance evaluations. Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of staff. Review and evaluate treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with state standards. Collaborate with leadership to optimize service delivery and resource allocation. Support quality assurance and performance improvement efforts. Provide behavioral health consultation to community agencies, courts, law enforcement, and medical professionals as needed. Participate in rotating on-call crisis supervision (including after-hours consultation). Maintain compliance with HIPAA, mandatory reporting laws, and federal regulations (42 CFR Part 2). Travel within the community and between office locations to support program operations.
