From day one, you'll be paired with a dedicated and experienced SLP supervisor who provides weekly supervision focused on your development. With PDS clinical support offering training and consistent check-ins, you'll be part of a team that values learning, reflection, and ongoing professional growth, all while gaining invaluable hands-on experience across school-based settings.
What You'll Do As a Clinical Fellow
You'll take on a meaningful caseload, working primarily with school-aged children. Responsibilities include:
Deliver engaging speech and language therapy sessions designed to each student's unique needs Facilitate assessments under supervision and assist with evaluation reports Engage closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support student goals Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities Provide documentation, including SOAP notes, in a timely and accurate manner Coordinate your weekly schedule to maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours Progress through all ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements toward full licensure

What We're Looking For
A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligibility to begin your Clinical Fellowship through ASHA Active or pending licensure in the state(s) where you plan to work (our team will help with this!) A passion for working with children in school settings Excellent communication, organization, and a collaborative spirit
