What You Will Do to Change Lives The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

Shifts Available:

On-Call: Saturday - Sunday

AM 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

PM 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

NOC 11:00 pm - 7:30 am

Compensation Expected starting wage range is $21.00 - $23.71. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on the location of the role. Starting pay depends on relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Shift differentials for hourly staff: 6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift. Weekend shift differentials: 5% for Weekend AM, 11% for Weekend PM, 15% for Weekend Overnight.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting

Knowledge of basic nursing skills, interventions, and mental and physical health conditions and terminologies

Certification as a CNA or equivalent is acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge
