Outpatient pediatrics with 2-3 patients per hour Responsibilities include evaluations, sick visits, developmental check-ups, etc. Team includes 3 pediatricians and 2 NPs Pediatrician Benefits:
Base salary: $236,000 Malpractice coverage through Federal Tort Claim Act Student loan repayment options: NHSC, PSLF, Texas Higher Education, tax-free $25-35k/year, high HPSA score of 19 5 paid days off for professional education annually (1 week) 21 accrued Paid Time Off days (4 weeks + 1 day) 8 paid holidays annually (1 week + 3 days) 1 paid personal float day annually Additional benefits include group medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, and retirement plans (401(k) and 457(b)) after 90 days. 87% provider retention rate!
