Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing patient care in a safe and effective manner. Responsibilities include directing the Patient Care Technician activity, synthesizing patient information, assessing patients, planning care/interventions, teaching patients and families, implementing treatment plans and MD orders, documenting, and evaluating care. Integration of patient care standards is incorporated into all clinical activities. This role requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling Saddleback Memorial Medical Center’s mission. Employees are expected to demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values and support the hospital’s strategic plan and performance improvement goals. Pay Range
$44.48 - $69.74 Placement within this range is based on factors such as experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, shift incentives, and bonuses.
