Ebb & Flow Counseling
Overview
Ebb & Flow Counseling is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist/Clinician to join our growing team. This is a W-2 employment position with flexibility to work part-time (minimum 10 hours per week) to full-time, depending on availability and caseload. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits. Clinicians can work in-person or have a hybrid schedule. We are open to provisionally licensed (LPC/LSW or equivalent) and fully licensed clinicians (LPCC/LISW or equivalent).
Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic support and counseling services to individuals (and/or relationships, families if applicable) dealing with various life changes, transitions, or mental health struggles.
Work autonomously on a team of clinicians with the support of Client Care Coordinators to foster a confidential and supportive environment for clients.
Establish trustful relationships with clients and maintain organization, timeliness, independence, and appropriate record keeping.
Possess strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work within DBT, ACT, CBT, anxiety, trauma, depression, and/or mindfulness frameworks (as applicable).
Stay updated on the latest research, treatment modalities, and ethical standards; engage in ongoing professional development (e.g., workshops or training).
Maintain good standing with relevant licensing boards.
Qualifications
Must be licensed in the state of Ohio (e.g., LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW, LIMFT, or equivalent) or provisionally licensed as applicable.
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
Passion for providing high-quality, client-centered care.
Commitment to ethical and professional standards.
