Part-time Hand Therapist role with the opportunity to work at multiple locations (Northside Jacksonville, Westside Jacksonville, Bay Meadows, Orange Park). Fully equipped to provide care to post-surgical, non-operative, and work conditioning patients. Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and communicate high-quality hand therapy services to patients and clients. Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care. Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients; enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy. Specialty certification or licensure in Hand Therapy or minimum 2 years current hand therapy experience waiting to sit for CHT. National registration and state licensure or registration REQUIRED for CHTs. Minimum of two years experience in application of custom splinting pre- and post-op orthopedic care. Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience required. CPR certification. Valid state driver’s license. Compensation & Schedule

Compensation: $40 - $50/hr. Starting hourly rate increases with experience and certification. Work Schedule: Part Time, Monday - Friday with the ability to add hours at the Westside Jacksonville clinic.
