3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant is needed for a K-12 school setting in Framingham, MA. This contract position covers the full academic school year (CSY) with immediate hire availability. The role focuses on serving middle and high school students with a caseload designed for 7-hour workdays, 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Providing speech and language therapy services to students in grades 6-12. Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Conducting assessments and monitoring student progress. Utilizing teletherapy tools as appropriate. Maintaining documentation and compliance with school and healthcare standards.
Qualifications
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech-language pathology or relevant licensure. Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, school settings, or teletherapy. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred for SLP candidates. Knowledge of working within educational systems for K-12 populations. Experience as an SLPA in either school or healthcare environments is also suitable.
Location:
Framingham, Massachusetts, within a K-12 educational environment.
