Overview

Cleveland Clinic is seeking four Pediatric/Child Psychologists in the Center for Pediatric Behavioral Health. The role offers opportunities to focus in one or more areas, including Pediatric Gastroenterology, Gender (LGBTQ+ youth and families), Depression and related mood disorders, Outpatient Child Psychology, Integrated Primary Care, and Neuropsychology/Testing. There are opportunities for program development, teaching learners from various health disciplines, and participation in our Psychology Fellowship Program and APA-accredited Psychology Residency Program. A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. Board Certification via the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) is supported and funded by the Cleveland Clinic Pediatric Institute. Responsibilities

Pediatric Gastroenterology: collaborate with the Pediatric Gastroenterology team to provide psychological care (individual, family, and/or group therapy), biofeedback, program development, and community services for children with GI conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, abdominal pain, functional constipation, colorectal motility disorders, encopresis/enuresis, liver disease, ARFID; opportunity to specialize further. Gender: collaborate with LGBTQ and Transgender clinics to advance care for LGBTQ+ youth and families; conduct readiness assessments for gender-affirming interventions per WPATH Standards of Care; provide individual, family, and group interventions; participate in program development, training, and education; mentoring may be available; opportunities to engage with the broader community. Depression and Related Mood Disorders: collaborate with Psychiatry and Primary Care to develop service lines for assessment and treatment across the continuum; provide specialized care at varying symptom levels; mid-career experience preferred to help develop service lines (e.g., Suicide Prevention Program) and lead clinical teams; assist with coordinating care at Main Campus and in the region. Outpatient Child Psychology: develop service lines for a wide range of conditions (anxiety, mood disorders, disruptive behavior) with in-person, virtual, and group therapies; work within a team of psychologists and master’s level clinicians to manage care across the Cleveland Clinic service area; opportunity to specialize in another area of interest. Integrated Primary Care: support the IPC service line, expanding to additional Primary Care locations; work with interdisciplinary team providing services to a panel of more than 35,000 pediatric patients; supervise and lead a small group of midlevel providers in IPC; provide warm hand-offs, brief screening/assessment, triage, brief outpatient treatment, and targeted group treatment for behavior management; opportunities to develop clinical specialty. Neuropsychologist/Testing Psychologist: expand our Neurodevelopmental Support Program; monitor and manage children with pediatric chronic disease affecting neurocognitive functioning; conduct neurocognitive and psychosocial testing (cognitive ability, achievement, executive functioning, memory, motor, emotional/behavioral, social functioning); ABPP certification in neuropsychology preferred,; strong testing experience considered. All roles offer opportunities in program development, teaching, and potential involvement with research. Staff may participate in the Psychology Fellowship Program and APA-accredited Psychology Residency Program. Qualifications

Doctorate in clinical, counseling, or school psychology, with APA-approved internship, licensure in Ohio, and at least one year of post-doctoral experience in a clinical child or pediatric psychology setting. Benefits
