Overview
Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join a well-respected and very busy community-based practice in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative and communications skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records along with a strong commitment to serve our patient population. This is an opportunity to become part of a well-established primary care team, joining an existing physician and physician assistant. Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including children, adults and geriatric patients Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans Promote health education and disease prevention Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in primary care Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification Comfortable using new technology and software Minimum of one year of APP experience Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment About Hendersonville, Tennessee & Revere Medical
