Job Summary: The Practice Coordinator manages front office activities at their practice location, ensuring quality customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians. Compensation:

$23.50 - 24.50/hour, plus quarterly bonus/incentive potential. LifeStance provides the compensation range and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. 350 Sansome Street Suite 630, San Francisco, CA 94104 Duties/Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Create a positive work environment; support in-office clinician and staff engagement activities to promote LFST culture, engagement, and connection. Conduct schedule prep for all patients, ensuring paperwork, documentation, credit card info, demographics, and patient charts are complete. Handle general office duties such as mail sorting, document scanning, e-faxes, shared email management, and office upkeep. Communicate effectively with peers, clinicians, and patients to support patient care and clinician satisfaction. Patient Support: Provide exceptional customer service, respond promptly to patient needs, and manage sensitive situations following Crisis and De-escalation protocols. Greet and check patients in/out courteously. Assist with billing, scheduling, release requests, and inquiries via phone, email, or portal. Manage call queues to ensure timely responses. Help patients with telehealth access and portal issues. Handle urgent requests, triage issues, and escalate when necessary. Collect co-payments and account balances at the time of service. Verify insurance eligibility and resolve related issues. Clinician Support: Assist clinicians with administrative tasks like sending letters and faxes. Coordinate with clinicians regarding patient questions. Audit clinician schedules for accuracy. Maintain a secure and motivating work environment. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMRs. Handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
