Overview As a Surgical Technologies Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker Surgical Technologies products to meet our customers’ needs. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrate the value of our products, track your territory progress, communicate wins with your Regional Manager, and strive to exceed goals. You will resolve product questions on site and inform doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance. You take pride in excellent service and support customers as needed. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and aim to contribute to Stryker’s mission to improve healthcare.
Responsibilities
Strategically promote and sell Stryker Surgical Technologies products to meet customer needs.
Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and demonstrate product value.
Systematically track territory progress and communicate wins to the Regional Manager.
Solve product problems on site and inform clinicians and staff on proper use and maintenance.
Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed.
Achieve and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
What you need
5+ years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields or B2B sales preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred).
Travel requirement: Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
Physical requirements: Medium work; ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently; manual dexterity and cognitive demands including reading, memory, and discrimination.
Mental requirements: Exercise discretion and independence; manage time, projects, stress, and conflict; strong interpersonal, written and oral communication; ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision; prioritize work and maintain detailed records; ability to present to large groups; uphold ethics and integrity.
