Responsibilities
Assists in the development, review, revision, and rollout of clinical policies and procedures and education materials, including training and monitoring implementation of clinical P&P in the facility.
Coordinates with the Regional Director and Facility Administrator to identify and develop facility-specific education and outcome goals, including implementation and monitoring to achieve desired results.
Coordinates the review and investigation of risk events, participates in plan of correction and follow-up, and attends QA/QI meetings to address areas for improvement.
Performs facility audits and provides support to Facility Administrators and Regional Directors, including educating on deficiencies and developing plans of correction and resolution.
Ascertain training needs in the division/region and implement plans to address them, including providing continuing education and in-services to teammates and patients to improve knowledge base and meet regulatory and safety requirements as needed.
