Follow and document cardiac rhythms 2x per shift on a remote Tele Unit. Work on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Surg telemetry units with a 4:1 patient ratio. Be reliable with attendance; no unauthorized call outs; patient-oriented unit. Interpret, measure and document cardiac rhythms; meet department expectations. Coordinate and comply with unit expectations, dress code, and RTO requests as defined by the facility. Qualifications & Requirements

Must have Epic experience (non-negotiable). 3 years of RN experience required. Must be comfortable working nights; strong proficiency in Cardiac/Tele and Med-Tele units required. Telemetry experience required; Neuro/stroke experience encouraged. Previous travel experience strongly encouraged. Must have New York State license in hand at profile upload. Must include license/certs (ACLS, BLS) and permanent address matching Driver License/State ID. New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required up front for submission to Glens Falls Hospital; uploaded with traveler profile. Must be able to pass a 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance. All onboarding/onboarding training per 1/1/2024 requirements: Welle (Verbal De-escalation bundle) or CPI training. Vaccinations encouraged but not required. COVID vaccination status and compliance requirements must be reviewed with traveler before upload to Trio. Traveler must have own vehicle; on-site transportation required. Unit Details

Unit: Remote Tele Unit; 16 beds; Adult to Geriatric population. RN to patient ratio: 4:1. Dress code: scrubs of any color; no designs or cartoons; no hoodies. Submission & Profile

Submit with 14-panel drug screen; ensure panel can be completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance. Include a Supervisory Signed Reference (past 2 years). Profile must include current NY license, ACLS, BLS; permanent address must be included and match identity documents. Profile should reflect county of residence (certain NY counties not considered for travel); Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, Washington.
