Overview
A full-time pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for an elementary school setting in Temecula, CA. This contract position runs during the current school year (CSY) and offers a unique opportunity to work four days per week, supporting the communication and language development of elementary-aged students. Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with various communication disorders Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement therapy goals within the educational environment Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with school policies Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or completed Strong knowledge of speech-language development and intervention strategies for children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school personnel Location
Elementary school located in Temecula, California Schedule
Full-time, 4 days per week Contract position for the current school year (CSY) Compensation & Benefits
Compensation ranges from $47.53 to $67.53 per hour. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
