Base pay range: $64,800.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location. Essential Functions
Conduct thorough energy audits in residential multifamily properties, focusing on natural gas utilization and efficiency. Assess equipment and systems that utilize natural gas (e.g., space heating, domestic hot water, building envelope, and other gas equipment) to identify areas of improvement. Analyze natural gas equipment based on age, efficiency ratings, technology types, and performance metrics to determine potential energy savings. Perform engineering calculations to quantify energy and cost savings achievable through equipment upgrades and retrofits. Recommend and propose energy efficient equipment, appliances, and technologies that reduce natural gas usage. Conduct financial analysis to demonstrate the economic viability and return on investment of proposed energy efficiency measures, including potential utility incentives or rebates. Prepare comprehensive energy audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, estimated savings, and payback periods for clients. Present energy savings audit reports to clients, explaining benefits of proposed measures and addressing questions or concerns. Maintain well-organized records of customer data, including audit reports, client documents, and project correspondence. Coordinate with customers, contractors, and utility companies to ensure project progress and issue resolution. Complete necessary forms and documents for tracking and reporting energy efficiency projects. Utilize database systems to compile and upload customer documents with accuracy and confidentiality. Use tools like Excel for data analysis to monitor project status, track energy savings and cost reductions, and other KPIs. Generate analysis reports on completed and ongoing projects to demonstrate program success and identify areas for improvement. Maintain a high level of professionalism in client meetings, representing the program and the company with expertise and confidence. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent 2 years of experience in energy efficiency or energy-related field Strong computer application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills Additional Details
