You will report to our Engineering Manager and work on-site at the Tempe, AZ location. You will be part of the Global Repair & Overhaul Engineering team supporting the Tempe aftermarket repair center. Lead and drive the repair development process, from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mechanical requirements and specifications. Design and develop complex mechanical systems, components, and assemblies. Support production improvements in both Turn-Around-Time and cost savings. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 2+ years of experience in mechanical design and development. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools, with experience in mechanical analysis and simulation tools. Experience with product testing and validation processes. WE VALUE
Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in aerospace or related industries. Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers. Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes. About Us
