EV Charger - Field Service Technician

Alpitronic . Key Responsibilities: Execute basic and advanced diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on all aspects of hyperchargers (commissioning, periodic interventions, etc.). Work independently and as part of a team to maximize repair efficiency. Document repairs clearly and concisely. Provide feedback to remote service and development teams to improve repair procedures and products. Organize service interventions in coordination with the service coordinator within your designated area of work. Qualifications: Technical training/certificate or experience in electrical engineering or related fields. Experience as an electrician in low-voltage systems (up to 1,000 V). Over 2 years support experience in the eMobility/EV Charging industry. Basic software and diagnostic skills. Full stack knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network, telecommunication). Proficiency with MS Office (Windows, Excel, Word). Strong communication skills for professional interaction with colleagues, partners, and customers, especially under pressure. Flexibility to work hours and overtime as needed. Physical ability to lift 75 lbs and work with ladders. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods. Valid driver’s license and passport. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
