As a
Technical Sales Engineer
at Daxko, youll be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and real-world business impact. Youll partner with prospects, clients, and internal teams to uncover challenges, design solutions, and clearly demonstrate the ROI of our platform. This is a consultative role where your technical expertise and storytelling skills will empower organizations to run stronger, smarter, and more securely. In this role, youll combine problem-solving with technical architecture know-how collaborating directly with executives, CTOs, InfoSec leaders, and product specialists to ensure our solutions integrate seamlessly and deliver measurable value. Team Lead, Sales Engineering
and work closely with cross-functional teams to shape deals, influence product direction, and help customers envision whats possible. What Youll Do Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting with prospects to evaluate their current state and identify critical business needs. Become the go-to
system architecture expert
translating complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes. Partner with CTO and InfoSec leaders to design compliant, secure solutions and navigate integration into existing tech stacks. Own the RFP and IT/security questionnaire process for Daxko solutions. Support sales processes involving API integration, data warehousing, and BI tools like Power BI. Deliver impactful product demos, technical presentations, and written proposals that connect our technology to real ROI. Collaborate with product-specific Sales Engineers, Account Executives, and Account Managers to build compelling business cases. Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on market insights and client needs. Prepare and tailor sales collateral to resonate with each audience. Occasionally lead or assist in team training sessions to upskill peers. Maintain accurate CRM activity reporting and travel up to 50% for client engagements. Qualifications
What You Bring Strong technical foundation in security, compliance, API integration, data warehousing, and BI reporting. The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills both virtually and in-person. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Business acumen to tie technology features directly to bottom-line results. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). A self-directed, curious mindset and a collaborative team spirit. Qualifications Required 18+ months of Daxko product experience

35 years in a SaaS environment Bachelors degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience 2+ years in a Sales Engineer role Preferred 4+ years SaaS experience Familiarity with Daxko software Understanding of health & wellness industry operations Additional Information
The on target earnings for this position are $124,260 - $153,755 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role.We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth.
