Are you a hands-on diesel mechanic ready to put your skills to work in a fast-paced fleet shop? We're looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our maintenance team and keep heavy-duty trucks and equipment running at peak performance.

What You'll Do
Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, suspensions, brakes, and air systems Carry out preventive maintenance and safety checks to keep vehicles road-ready Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and vehicle computer systems Respond to emergency breakdowns with service calls when needed Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts, and service times in fleet maintenance software Support teammates and assist with larger repair projects when required What We're Looking For
3+ years of diesel mechanic experience (shop or fleet setting) Valid driver's license and ability to meet standard background requirements High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred) Proficiency with diagnostic tools, schematics, and repair manuals Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail Schedule: Full-time, day shift Compensation: $25-$35 / hr DOE This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a mechanic who wants steady hands-on work, variety in repairs, and the chance to grow into a long-term career.
