Job Title : Supply Chain Manager
Location : LaGrange, GA
Pay : $120,000-130,000
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Purchasing Team, reviewing priorities and performance.
Manage the full procurement cycle—from sourcing to purchase order placement.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
Negotiate favorable pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
Collaborate with production, engineering, finance, and sales to forecast material needs.
Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement strategies.
Monitor vendor scorecards and address underperforming suppliers.
Utilize ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX) to streamline purchasing operations.
Support sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in supply chain management or purchasing, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Nice to Have
CPM, CPIM, or CSPC certification.
Experience training others on AX or Dynamics 365 systems.
Background in contract manufacturing or vendor management.
