As an Analyst in our Tax Services department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality tax compliance, ASC 740 income tax accounting, and advisory services to a diverse client base, ranging from multi-national corporations to early-stage start-ups. Your responsibilities will include preparing complex tax returns, supporting income tax provision engagements, and collaborating with senior team members to address client needs. This position offers opportunities to build technical expertise and develop leadership skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Day-to-day Responsibilities

Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations and partnerships. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions. Collaborate with engagement teams to identify and research complex client issues and recommend solutions. Gather necessary information from clients and provide timely project updates. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations. Draft technical tax memoranda. Assist in managing compliance and consulting engagements. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in tax processes. Participate in projects to improve strategies and processes. Receive formal and on-the-job tax training, with feedback from top tax leaders, and pursue additional training through internal and external resources. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 0-2+ years of relevant tax experience, especially in corporate and partnership tax. Experience with oil and gas clients is a plus. Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills. Self-starter with initiative, capable of working independently and in teams in fast-paced environments. Proficient with relevant technologies. Willingness to travel approximately 5%. About Kroll
