Job Title: Service Advisor

Monarch Tractor has an opening for a full-time, experienced mechanic to work on agricultural equipment. The team works closely with engineers and other teams to ensure the proprietary technology can progress rapidly. We are looking for a dedicated employee with excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to help deliver top notch service as a mechanic to our rapidly growing company. Responsibilities

Acts as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle repairs or to schedule maintenance support Responds to all Service calls, text messages & email inquiries in a timely & professional manner (typically less than one hour) Gathers additional information from customers as required (pictures, video’s & vehicle logs) Follows up with all open customer requests & service tickets every 24 hours Effectively closes the loop with all customers once service work has been completed (Field Service, Regular Service & Preventative Maintenance) Performs other duties as assigned/required Minimum Qualifications

2-year technical degree or high school diploma/GED and 5 years of comparable vehicle Service Center experience Knowledge of automotive systems ideally in a agricultural setting Previous experience as a Service Advisor in either automotive or agricultural environment Personal attributes: attention to detail, efficiency, problem solving, planning and organizing & a team player Personal characteristics: Desire to provide outstanding, professional customer service, strong attention to detail, excellent problem solver and communication skills (written & verbal) Advanced computer skills Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment Ability to manage flexible work hours including overtime and weekends as needed Desired Qualifications

EV (Electrical Vehicle) knowledge Minimum Physical Requirements

Push/pull up to 30 lbs Lift/carry up to 30 lbs Lift bulky objects Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, supine overhead reaching, crawling, bin lift, high steps, fingering/grasping – able to use bolt box. Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be loud at times. Additional Perks
