Position Overview
We’re looking for a
Project Manager Assistant (PMA)
to support our Project Managers in delivering commercial construction projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Support PM in project planning, scheduling, and coordination Manage project budgets, change orders, and financial tracking Maintain contract documents and logs Coordinate subcontractors and issue subcontracts Assist with RFIs, submittals, and meeting documentation Help enforce safety and quality standards Contribute to project closeout and administrative tasks Foster and cultivate a positive team culture Manage multiple projects and occasional travel as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or project management (preferred) Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation MS Project / P6 experience (preferred) LEED certification and Timberline PJ experience (a plus) Excellent communication and organizational skills Position is located within the Hampton Roads area Competitive pay (based on experience) 401(k) + match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Referral program S.
