Seeking an experienced QA Lead to manage testing efforts for large-scale IT and SAP projects. This role focuses on test leadership, coordination, and quality delivery not on technical automation. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA activities for projects and programs. Define and manage test strategy, plans, and timelines. Coordinate cross-team test execution, bug tracking, and resolution. Ensure test deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Prepare test data, reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and automation teams. Drive continuous improvement in QA practices. Required Skills

3-5+ years leading software testing projects. Strong QA expertise and project management experience. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Experience with Agile/SCRUM and global project coordination. Tools: Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SAP, MS Office. Nice to Have

SAP testing experience. ADO (Azure DevOps) knowledge. Education

Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field.
