Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Lead Human Resource Services and Solutions Americas based in Indianapolis, IN. The Lead HR Services and Solutions Americas role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and customer-centric HR services across the Americas organization. The Lead of HR Services and Solutions Americas will lead the HR Shared Services team and the dormakaba Business Services team (dbs) to ensure the consistent execution of HR programs, policies, and initiatives in alignment with business strategy. This role involves managing HR operations, technology systems, associate lifecycle transactions, and benefits administration to drive operational excellence. Base salary range:

$125,000 - $140,000 plus an annual bonus. Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

What You Will Do

Provides strategic leadership to the HR Services and Solutions function in the Americas, driving operational improvements, automation, and standardization to align with business goals Develop and implement HR service delivery models that streamline processes and enhance employee experience, while reducing complexity and minimizing waste Develop and implement KPI’s and SLA’s for each relevant HR Shared Service/dbs process area to seek and drive continuous improvement Institute data quality measures to assist data-driven decision making across the org Ensure HR services are compliant with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies/directives

What We Require

5+ years in a comparable position, demonstrating progressive responsibility and impact Proven track record leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries Familiarity with navigating complex organizational structures within international corporations

What We Prefer

Exposure to SAP and ADP systems Solid background in benefits administration Experience driving transformation initiatives, particularly within shared services environments Demonstrated ability to engage with both office-based and operational staff
