Senior Procurement Specialist – Marketing & Media Services
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle: strategy development, competitive tenders, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation/execution Advise stakeholders on supplier capabilities, market trends, and best practices in marketing and media procurement Manage sourcing initiatives across a wide range of categories (media buying, events, experiential, print, advertising, sponsorships, etc.) Provide subject-matter expertise in media buying, including: media strategy development (TV, radio, digital, print, etc.), negotiation & purchasing with agencies and publishers, campaign management and budget optimization, performance analysis and reporting, market research and competitive benchmarking Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring optimal commercial terms and compliance with internal standards Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams Contribute to sourcing area plans, category strategies, and market intelligence initiatives Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Supply Chain specialization a plus Significant experience in media buying, marketing services sourcing, or related procurement functions Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar sourcing projects Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management Analytical and financial skills for evaluating campaign data, budgets, and cost models Proficiency with sourcing systems, Excel (pivot tables), and PowerPoint Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated professional Seniority level
