Overview
Associate of Compliance, Client Contracts role at Forvis Mazars US. Open to multiple locations; Charlotte is heavily preferred. What You Will Do
Assist in reviewing master service agreements (MSAs), client contracts, and statements of work (SOWs) to ensure compliance with terms and deliverables. Monitor contract execution and track milestones, billing schedules, and performance obligations. Support internal audits and compliance reviews related to client engagements and vendor relationships. Collaborate with client service teams, legal, finance, and operations to resolve contract-related issues and ensure alignment with firm policies. Maintain organized records of contracts and compliance documentation using contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools. Identify and escalate potential risks or deviations from contractual obligations. Assist in preparing compliance reports and summaries for leadership and client stakeholders. Contribute to the development and refinement of contract compliance processes and best practices. Facilitate onboarding of personnel for client engagements by coordinating background checks and onboarding requirements in collaboration with HR Compliance, the Talent Alignment Group, and engagement management teams. Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree 1+ years of experience in contract compliance, legal support, or client services Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field Relevant professional certification (e.g., CCEP - Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, CCMA - Commercial and Contract Management Assistant, CP/RP - Certified/Registered Paralegal) Employment type: Contract. Location: Open to multiple locations, with Charlotte heavily preferred.
