Commission Position : Enterprise Customer Success Manager Location : Austin, On Site Our client is hiring a talented, entrepreneurial Customer Success Manager to support a fast-growing global customer base. This is a key opportunity to join a high-growth, early-stage tech company and directly influence its customer experience. As an early hire, you’ll help ensure the success of enterprise hospitality clients worldwide. The role is ideal for someone proactive, relationship-driven, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys working in a small but ambitious team. Key Responsibilities: Use data to monitor customer health, usage, and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their goals and how the platform supports them. Identify growth and risk opportunities, and develop strategies accordingly. Lead Executive Business Reviews, success plans, and client presentations. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Manage customer onboarding and develop property-specific success plans. Partner with internal executives and sponsors for key engagements. Support creation of case studies and customer workshops with marketing. Maintain strategic account plans and contribute to CSM playbooks for risk and growth management. Support renewals and expansions collaboratively with Account Executives. Requirements: 3–5 years in Enterprise Customer Success, preferably in SaaS. Willing to work onsite in Austin, Texas. Experience in startup or early-stage companies is a plus. Enjoy building strong relationships and connections. Highly organized and proactive, familiar with CRM tools like Gainsight. Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and customer success impact on revenue. Genuine enjoyment in helping clients and building relationships.
