As a Product Manager at HC, you’ll help define the next chapter in our legacy of high-impact learning solutions—bringing new AI-driven capabilities to a recognized and valued platform. You’ll build on a strong foundation, joining a team celebrated for quality, results, and learner impact. You’ll thrive where autonomy, rapid experimentation, and honest collaboration count most. Beyond launching products, you’ll help shape HC’s culture—spreading product thinking, learning by doing, and sharing wins. This is a hybrid role based out of our Eagan, MN office. You must be able to work regularly in-office. What You’ll Accomplish
In this role, you’ll play a key part in taking HC’s offerings to the next level, helping deliver our first AI-powered product as part of our ongoing evolution. Your work will introduce new tools, processes, and ways of collaborating that keep us at the forefront, while respecting what’s made us successful to date. Through disciplined experimentation and continuous improvement, you’ll help drive wins that matter for our learners and partners. By championing product quality and our learning culture, you’ll help ensure HC’s reputation for innovation and impact continues to grow. What You’ll Do
Partner with teams to apply product management best practices that scale our processes and keep roadmap priorities on track and aligned. Partner with the VP of Development to operationalize the product vision. Translate company and team goals into actionable user stories, detailed requirements, measurable outcomes and reliable execution. Apply product management best practices to help continually improve backlog management, discovery, and delivery, ensuring speed and alignment with HC standards. Author PRDs, acceptance criteria, and release plans that balance speed with quality. Facilitate sprint rituals with the team; clear blockers and adjust scope to hit commitments. Partner with UX to test high-fidelity concepts, conducting user interviews or prototype sessions as needed. Inform internal stakeholders, sales, and customer success—around upcoming features and launch readiness. Monitor post-launch analytics; propose data-driven enhancements and phase-two bets. What You’ll Bring
5–7+ years of end-to-end product management in SaaS, e-learning, or adjacent B2B/B2C digital products. Demonstrated ability to lead teams through the next phase of evolution—uplifting established processes and working styles without losing sight of what already works. Successful track record taking 0-to-1 or major releases to market, especially when integrating new tools or tech into existing, high-quality offerings. Expertise applying product management best practices—backlog management, discovery, and delivery while matching the maturity and culture of the organization. Fluency with dual-track agile, A/B testing, and outcome-based road-mapping. Fluency with generative AI tools to optimize product workflows, with a strong sense for discernment and practical application. Ability to translate product strategy into actionable user stories and rigorously prioritize under tight timelines. Effective communication skills—able to translate complex ideas across disciplines and work styles, adapting your approach for any audience. Bonus: experience in credentialing, adaptive learning, marketplace or platform ecosystems. What’s in it for You
