Cole Pediatric Therapy is offering contract Speech Language Pathology opportunities in Houston, TX. The role supports pediatric clients and offers flexible scheduling in a setting focused on growth and impact. Base pay range

Rate:

$30/30-minute therapy session & $80/Evaluations.

Shift differential:

Monday–Friday 4pm–8pm and all day Saturday increases to $40/30-minute session. Must be:

CCC-SLP Hours/Schedule:

Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience;

Biggest need:

Afternoon hours 4pm–7pm Monday–Friday and/or Saturdays 9am–3pm Location:

Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services to a diverse patient population in a contract setting. Engage in on-site cross-discipline mentorship with Occupational Therapy, SLP, and Physical Therapy. Collaborate with Board-C Certified Behavior Analysts to support challenging behavior scenarios. Participate in flexible scheduling to allow for personal time and focus. Contribute to a diverse range of treatment options and locations within the community. Engage in organizational stability and growth initiatives and leadership development opportunities. Participate in mission-related activities and potential international and local outreach. Possibly participate in a structured 1-year Feeding Program and DEI committee involvement, if interested. Qualifications

Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) Passion for changing the lives of others Employment details
