The Anesthesia Technician Supervisor role provides direct supervisory responsibilities for anesthesia technicians. They are responsible for managing day to day operations and providing leadership in the planning and organization of staffing. Key responsibilities include providing team leadership through guidance, direction and support; developing and delivering training programs for both new and experienced technicians, serving as a mentor and coach, identifying areas for improvement in procedures and equipment, and ensuring that staff members are aware of and adhere to relevant policy and procedures. High School Diploma/GED Licensure/Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified Anesthesia Tech (Cer A.T.T.) Minimum Experience Required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as Anesthesia Technician within a hospital setting. Minimum Skills / Specialized Training Required
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in the fast paced OR, ASC, or other Anesthesia locations Preferred Experience
Direct knowledge/experience related to patient care, surgical and anesthesia routines and critical management. 1 or more years of Hospital and/or acute care related experience preferred. Some previous leadership experience preferred
