Position details
Serving a largely migrant and Latino community
Serving a predominantly geriatric population
Performing virtual Annual Wellness Visits with Medicare patients throughout the Yakima Valley
EMR system is EPIC
1.0 FTE (40 hours per week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
Position highlights
Base compensation: $132k – $144k per year. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures expected
$15k Hiring Bonus
$20k Relocation allowance
$50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after start date
Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

Master’s or Doctoral Degree – Nurse Practitioner or Master’s Degree – Physician Assistant or Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science
Two-year Physician Assistant training program
