Virtual Medical Biller/Coder - Patient Support Claims Processing Rep (Home-Based) – Remote role open to Remote US. 100% remote (work from home) contract position with IQVIA, with the opportunity to be converted to a full-time employee. This role involves providing payment assistance solutions and handling patient support for medical claims. Job Responsibilities

Receive medical claims from HCPs or patients, ensure adequate supporting documentation, interpret the EOB/CMS1500, vet the claim against program-specific business rules, and determine if the claim should be paid or rejected Provide support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available contact methods Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management as needed Work 40 hours per week with shifts available: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET; 9:00 am – 6:00 pm ET; 10:00 am - 7:00 pm ET; or 11:00 am – 8:00 pm ET under moderate supervision Minimum Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in claim processing required Medical Billing Certification required Coding Certification required Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) HIPPA certified Customer Service Experience preferred Pharmacy Technician experience preferred Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred Compensation & Employment Details

The pay range for this role is $23.00 per hour. To be eligible, you must reside in the same country where the job is located. This will be a contract role managed by an external agency with the potential to convert to IQVIA full-time employment. Equal Opportunity
