Lead Veterinarian – Louisville, CO at Chewy Join Chewy Vet Care as a full-time Lead Veterinarian to help launch and lead our new veterinary practices. The role focuses on delivering high-quality medical care, fostering a team culture, and creating a patient- and pet parent-centric experience. Responsibilities
Serve as the leader of the practice’s veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and assistants. Set the standard for high-level, proficient veterinary medical care and embody the Chewy Vet Care culture. Collaborate with peers to deliver the pet parent WOW experience. Hold team members accountable, remove barriers, facilitate change, and provide mentorship/feedback related to performance. Implement outlined policies and procedures, apply coordinated technology, and deliver consistent medical care within the given abilities. Benefits
