This full‑time position offers the opportunity to evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of surgical and non‑operative upper, lower, and spine patients. We Are Seeking

Physical Therapist driven to learn and grow, enhancing clinical skills within an experienced team

Responsibilities

Review physicians’ referrals and patient records to determine physical therapy treatment plans

Conduct strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional capacity, respiratory and circulatory evaluations; record findings to develop or revise treatment programs

Plan and prepare written treatment programs based on evaluated data

Administer manual and therapeutic exercises to improve function, ROM, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness

Instruct, motivate, and assist patients in performing physical activities to achieve functional goals, including use of assistive devices

Apply physical agents such as hot/cold packs, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, iontophoresis, TNS, dry needling, traction, massage, and other modalities

Adjust treatments to maximize benefit and document treatment, response, and progress in patient charts

Educate patients and families on home treatment procedures

Evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices, recommending modifications to orthotists

Collaborate with physicians and other practitioners to obtain additional patient information, suggest revisions, and integrate care

Direct work activities of assistants, technicians, and students; plan and conduct lectures and training for staff, students, and community groups

Develop and participate in physical therapy research programs

Consult with interdisciplinary professionals including physicians, dentists, nurses, occupational therapists, speech‑language pathologists, and audiologists

Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants or technicians when required

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must hold an active, current Physical Therapist License in the relevant state and pass the National Physical Therapy Examination. State requirements such as jurisprudence exam must be fulfilled.

Physical Demands Regular standing, walking, use of hands to handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, sometimes more than 100 pounds with assistance. Requires close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment Work involves exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional vibration. Noise level is usually moderate. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
