PRN rate $60.50 hourly + shift differential. Provides comprehensive evaluations, treatments and education to patients/families in an interdisciplinary environment. Communicates regularly with patient care team, patients and families. Plans, develops and implements a result‑oriented treatment plan with clear, measurable goals. Provides direct patient care; performs specialized treatments according to individualized plan of care. Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from a Physical Therapy school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification per American Heart Association. Additional Details
