Davies Institute for Speech and Hearing , we are a family-centered pediatric clinic providing speech therapy, audiology, and occupational therapy, as well as housing an early intervention school for deaf and hard-of-hearing children. Position Overview: We’re seeking a skilled and experienced

Occupational Therapist

with at least

5 years of pediatric experience , who brings a

deep understanding of sensory processing and emotional regulation . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clinical complexity, values a team-based model, and thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment.

You’ll work with a diverse caseload, contributing to both 1:1 therapy sessions and interdisciplinary programs alongside our speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and early intervention educators.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct pediatric OT services in clinic and school settings. Conduct evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Address sensory integration, emotional regulation, fine/gross motor development, and daily living skills. Collaborate closely with other therapists and educators on shared goals. Educate and support parents and caregivers. Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L). Minimum 5 years pediatric experience (clinic or school-based). Deep knowledge of

sensory integration theory , praxis, and

self-regulation strategies. Passion for working with children with developmental delays, ASD, SPD, and related challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Dedication to professional growth and evidence-based practice.
